PSS TEAM Capt. Karl Dunleavy - Managing Director Karl Dunleavy - Capt. Retd. - has over 12 years military experience with the Irish Defence Forces. During that time he served as a pilot in the Air Corps and overseas with the UN on peacekeeping duty in Cyprus with the 12 Inf Bn.1968. In later years he was appointed Instructor at the Army School of Administration. In 1969 he founded Provincial Security Services Limited and has taken the company from strength to strength ever since. Stephen MacDermott - Director Personnel Stephen joined PSS in 1995 having graduated with A.A.T. and C.I.M.A. qualifications as well as a Diploma in Management and Employee Relations. His first position with PSS was as Administration Officer. He was promoted to Director of Personnel in 1998.Stephen holds a FETAC Train the Trainer qualification. James Brady - Operations Manager Another military man, Jim served with the Defence Forces for 26 years. A graduate of the Army Apprentice School Naas 1972- 1975,he went back to the School to take up the appointment of Senior Technical Instructor in 1978 During that time he worked with the Army Bomb Disposal Squad in the Lebanon on two occasions 51 Inf Bn 1982,and 67 Inf Bn 1990.Jim holds a FETAC train the trainer qualification and is currently attending a third level course through NUI Galway in Training and Education. In 2006 Jim was appointed a Peace Commissioner by the then Minster for Justice. . Jim joined PSS as Operations Manager in 1996. Robert Dunleavy BCL MA - Financial Director Robert graduated from UCD Law in 1997. He worked for two solicitors firms before taking up his position as Financial Director for PSS. Robert is a qualified solicitor. Bernadette Mulvany - Senior Administration Executive Bernadette celebrates 30 years with Provincial Security . She has an intimate knowledge all aspects of the company with specific responsibility for payroll, sick pay scheme, holiday assignment, employee queries and all other administration duties.
